What the service will give you

The IT Modernization Roadmap service includes the following deliverables:

• Roadmap Report:
  A report that includes the details supporting your modernization project's roadmap. This includes an executive summary, a project list (if your project is divided into sub-projects), project dependencies and impact analysis, current state technologies, an analysis of your current environment's modernization challenges, recommendations to execute the project efficiently and the proposed target environment and technologies.
  
  
• Roadmap Diagram:
  A visual representation of the project roadmap, based on source environment, modernization project activities (including sub-projects) and corresponding technologies in the target environment.
  
  
• Summary of Findings Presentation
  A Microsoft PowerPoint document, summarizing the key results from this service. This presentation can be delivered either through the web or live to a company's executives.
